Tug of War is a classic test of strength that works terrifically well at events, school fairs, sports days and many other outdoor events.
It is brilliantly simple; two teams (usually consisting of 8 members per team) take position at either end of the rope and start pulling. The team that pulls the centre flag over the winning line first is victorious.
